Gaia is the merged tribe of Baka, Coco, and Vesi from Survivor 43. Their tribe color is turquoise.
The start of the individual phase was defined by a power struggle between the Coco and Baka factions, with Coco winning out when Gabler turned on his former tribemate Elie. Thereafter, the Cocos controlled the Gaia tribe alongside power-duo Cody and Jesse until the Cocos split up, allowing Cody and Jesse to dictate much of the endgame before they themselves left the game, alongside Karla, in a series of high-profile eliminations.

- Gaia is the first tribe with twelve members since Solewa.
- Gaia is the first merged tribe to contain an equal number of members from three different tribes.
- Until Night 23, Gaia was located at the former Baka camp.
- In contrast to most tribe flags which are rectangular or oval, Gaia's flag comes in the shape of a star.
- The seventh season of the Colombian version of Survivor also featured a tribe named Gaia.
- Coincidentally, it was also a green merged tribe.
