Last year, we got to see Michael Keaton return as Batman in The Flash, now we get to see him return as Beetlejuice in "Beetlejuice Beetlejuice"!
And to tell you the truth, while The Flash was good, this is definitely more up my alley. Both Tim Burton and Michael Keaton (and the rest of cast for that matter) really bring their a-game for this one. It's really creative in the way you'd expect from a really good Tim Burton movie.
It's got a really fun sense of humor, it's got a fast paced style that always keeps things going in a fun sweet way and it's got some really beautiful visuals. I know that Tim Burton movie, but it's still always good to see how it can be done time after time.
It has been a few years since I've see the original, but this has such a fun energy that it makes me want to go back and watch the first one all over again. It definitely has that fun, creative energy, fun characters, fun performances and great visuals that you can hope for out of a movie like this.
I'd been interested in seeing how a movie like this would turn out and I can't say I was disappointed, in fact it's one that definitely put me in a good mood throughout. A really fun experience!
