Luck in this Everyday Life! (この日常に運を！, Kono Nichijō ni Un wo!) is the eighteenth chapter of the KonoSuba Nichijou manga series.
Summary[]
Aqua one day offers to assess Kazuma's high luck stats which allowed him to keep winning at rock-paper-scissors, and makes him attempt winning against Megumin and Darkness, on whom she will cast Blessing. As Chomusuke dozes on the couch, Kazuma asks about Aqua herself, who while citing her stats forlornly declares herself out of the fight, and will instead focus on raising luck as supporting Archpriests should.
The bored Kazuma accordingly accepts, though the girls choose to challenge him through the unassuming rock-paper-scissors, and ignoring his comments Aqua goes ahead to cast Blessing on the other girls, making Darkness blush before she denies about her pondering if increased luck will let her run into the kind of situations she prefers. Kazuma proceeds to hold 30 matches with Megumin and Darkness, all of which he wins despite Aqua repeatedly Blessing the pair.
At the disgruntled Megumin's request, for the next 5 hours they try to challenge Kazuma on other luck games like ghostleg ladder and mahjong, yet not once do they manage to win, while Aqua experiences gestaltzerfall from casting so many Blessings.
With everybody all exhausted, Kazuma advises them to give up on trying to beat him. Yet Megumin who takes on a horrifying gaze makes him have another match of rock-paper-scissors, and proceeds to use her winning tactic of poking his eyes, then as Kazuma screams in pain dementedly declares herself victorious. When his eyesight recovers, Kazuma notices in terror Aqua and Darkness silently giving him the same gaze, before the pair who had gone crazy from their urge to win follows suit to poke his eyes out.
