Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories[]
Martinez's dealer is only seen in the mission "Soldier". Jerry Martinez tells Victor Vance to get over to the V.I.P. terminal at Escobar International Airport and pick up a package for him. When meeting the dealer with the package, he and Victor head down to the docks of the airport terminal, where his Marquis is docked with two hookers. They get on the boat and start sailing.
The dealer gives Victor Jerry's package and hitmen in speedboats start approaching the boat, who shoot at the boat until it catches fire. Both jump out the ship while it explodes and try to swim to shore. The dealer doesn't make it and drowns, while Victor manages to escape.
