Hank is part of the Trailer Park Mafia, working under the leader, Marty Jay Williams, as part of his loan sharking business.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories[]
Hank first appears during the mission Fear the Repo when he disposes of a delivery van. He is also seen in the beginning cutscene for Got Protection?, insulting Victor Vance, which results in an argument between the two until Marty Jay Williams steps in.
Hank's last appearance is in D.I.V.O.R.C.E., where he is killed by Victor for defending Marty.

- Although Hank is seen with a Mini SMG in the official artwork, in-game he uses a baseball bat.
- Similarly to Troy, Hank does not have a unique pedestrian model during normal gameplay, sharing his model with a generic Trailer Park Mafia gang member. However, he does have a unique cutscene model, "
CSHank.mdl", confirming the gang member seen in Fear the Repo and Got Protection? to be the same character.
