J-Lab is a landmark in the neighborhood of Funabashi in the Downtown District, Anywhere City, in Grand Theft Auto 2. It is the laboratory owned by Yakuza in the Downtown District. The J-Lab is destroyed by Claude Speed in the mission Destroy J-Lab!.

- Rocket Launcher - From the roof (accessible from some stairs on the west side), some stairs lead to the east side, and some boxes can be reached there after a drop and a jump.
Body Armor[]
- The player needs to use the stairs on the west side to get to the roof, then use the second set of stairs to get to the east side and jump over the gap.
