Mad Island Gang members on Mad Island.
Mad Island is a landmark in the Industrial District of Anywhere City. It is located in the northwest corner of the district. There is also an unknown gang which shoot at Claude Speed on sight. The Russian Mafia also has a small territory.
It only appears in the PC, Game Boy Color and Dreamcast releases of Grand Theft Auto 2, and is absent in the PlayStation version.

- Alley west of the yellow container at west Mad Island.

- Invulnerability – The player needs to go to the northwest corner of Mad Island and enter the courtyard from a passage accessible from the east.
