Gnat Roast is a resource obtained by cooking Raw Gnat Meat on a Roasting Spit. It can also be obtained by harvesting the remains of Gnats, Infected Gnats, and Meaty Gnats killed by Spicy damage. It can be eaten as a meal.
Consuming Gnat Roast restores a large amount of hunger and health to the player. Being a meal, it will also provide slow health regeneration (0.5/s) and pause hunger drain for 5 minutes.
Gnat Roast will turn into Spoiled Meat if it has existed in the world for 30 in-game hours, unless placed in Fresh Storage.
