Ende ｢エンデ Ende?｣ is a cold region located at the northernmost tip of the continent. It holds the current Demon King's Castle and is also the alleged location of Aureole, a place regarded as heaven or the afterlife where souls rest.

The Hero Party traveled to Ende in order to confront the Demon King in his castle. The journey to reach the castle is described as a long journey where many things happened.[1]
Aureole[]

According to the Great Mage Flamme, Aureole, also known as The Land Where Souls Rest or Heaven, is said to be located in Ende. When Flamme visits Aureole, she is able to speak with the souls of her departed friends. Reaching Aureole is the goal of Frieren's current party.
