Description
The Inn keeper or Beach Keeper is an NPC found on nearly every location on the map. Upon interacting with them, the player will be prompted with an option to set their spawn for a low price of C$35. The Innkeeper's establishment tends to include a bed with varying sizes of buildings.
The Beach Keeper is a similar NPC found at Roslit Bay, Sunstone Island and Forsaken Shores, they serve the same purpose and have the same dialogue though they seem to not own a building and rather set up shop on the beach.

Moosewood: Inside the cyan house to the right of the Merchant, GPS: X: 487, Y: 151, Z: 231.
Roslit Bay: Under a small stand to the left of the Merchant there, right in front of the Anglerfish abundance, GPS: X: -1512, Y: 133, Z: 631.
Snowcap Island: Outside a small house in front of the Merchant located there, GPS: X: 2660, Y: 155, Z: 2395.
Sunstone Island: Near the small docks central to the island, GPS: X: -904, Y: 130, Z: -1104.
Forsaken Shores: In between Cort (Mila) and the Shipwright located there, standing northwest of both, GPS: X: -2476, Y: 133, Z: 1573.
Ancient Isle: Located in Ancient Isle Pond, in front of the Merchant there right next to the pond, GPS: X: 6074, Y: 198, Z: 335.
Northern Summit: Behind the Shipwright located there, GPS: X: 19663, Y: 132, Z: 5245.
Frigid Cavern: Located in the camp left of the entrance to Frigid Cavern, across from the Avalanche Rod, GPS: X: 19750, Y: 416, Z: 5382.
Cryogenic Canal: Located in the camp to the left of the opening to Cryogenic Canal, he is next to the red tent below and northwest of the Summit Rod, GPS: X: 20298, Y: 706, Z: 5748.
Glacial Grotto: Located in the camp at the top of the Northern Expedition, he is on a raised area behind the longer tent where you buy the Advanced Glider, GPS: X: 19890, Y: 1154, Z: 5510.
Atlantis: Located in the entrance of Atlantis next to the Champions Rod, he is a figure that glows green, GPS: X: -4275, Y: -603, Z: 1817.
