Violeta "Violet" Rodriguez, also known as Ultra Violet, is the main protagonist in the Disney Channel original series, Ultra Violet & Black Scorpion. She is a superheroine with super speed that is given to her when she puts on a magical luchador mask. She is portrayed by Scarlett Estevez.

Violet is the youngest child of Nina and Juan Carlos Rodriguez. She is 13 years old and of Mexican-American descent. Her only sibling is her older brother, Santiago "Tiago" Rodriguez. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Her best friend is Maya Miller-Martinez. Her uncle and mentor is Cruz de la Vega/Black Scorpion.
Personality[]
Violet is known to be an underdog, who isn't the most smart or most popular. She often feels overshadowed by her older brother, Tiago because he is very talented at many things. When she is given the luchador mask, she feels like she finally found something that makes her special. Violet is obsessed with social media and always looks for validation in the likes, which her mother isn't very fond of.
Powers and Abilities[]
Super Speed: When she puts on her magical luchador mask, she is given super speed. When she runs, she leaves a bright purple lightning trail. If she is running too fast, her feet are likely to catch on fire, as seen in "The Violet Behind the Ultra".
