Helen Stacy is a Marvel Comics character that appeared as a supporting character in Spidey and his Amazing Friends. She is a detective for the New York City Police Department and Gwen Stacy's mother.

In "Mother's Day Mayhem", she, Gwen, Peter, Aunt May, Miles and Rio plan to go to the park for the Mother's Day picnic, but it’s interrupted by Doc Ock when she escapes jail. In The Great Green Crime Spree, she was helped by Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider to find out who framed Hulk.
