2025年10月6日、フィンランド国立図書館は、同館が参加しているタスクフォースCopyright Infrastructure Task Force（CITF）が初となる報告書“Interoperable, trustworthy, and machine-readable copyright data in the AI era”を公表したことを発表しました。

CITFは著作権情報（copyright data）の相互運用性、信頼性、機械可読性の向上を目的として、フィンランド、ラトビア、エストニア等の機関が共同で進めているものです。

今回公開された報告書では、AI時代に適した著作権情報の管理の仕組みを検討する上で、将来的に求められる技術的要件を明らかにするため、博士論文、学術論文、電子書籍、写真、雑誌記事の五つのユースケースが分析されたとあります。
