Robinson (Republican Party) ran for election to the Mississippi State Senate to represent District 42. She won in the general election on November 7, 2023.

Robinson also ran for re-election to the Mississippi House of Representatives to represent District 88. She did not appear on the ballot for the Republican primary on August 8, 2023.

Biography

Robin Robinson was born in and lives in Jones County, Mississippi. Robinson graduated from Northeast Jones High School. She earned an A.A. in accounting from Jones County Junior College in 1976 and a B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1978. Her career experience includes working as a chief internal auditor, corporate manager of human resources, and director at Sanderson Farms.[1][2]
