Louis DiPalma (Democratic Party) is a member of the Rhode Island State Senate, representing District 12. He assumed office on January 6, 2009. His current term ends on January 7, 2025.
DiPalma (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Rhode Island State Senate to represent District 12. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
DiPalma was a council member for the Middletown Town Council from 2004 to 2008.
Biography
Louis DiPalma earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Bridgeport in 1983 and his M.S. in Computer Science from Brown University in 1989. His professional experience includes working for Raytheon in the following positions: as an engineer from 1983 to 1996, as an Engineering Sector Manager from 1996 to 2000, as a Systems Engineering Department Manager from 1999 to 2000, as the Southwest Engineering Department Manager from 2000 to 2003, as the Southwest Engineering Director from 2003 to 2007, as Technical Director from 2007 to 2010 and as Engineering Director since 2010.[1]
