Biography
Jules Walters lives in West Linn, Oregon. Walters graduated from Palisades Charter High School in 1989. She earned a bachelor's degree with a focus on communications and journalism from the University of Oregon. Her career experience includes working as an administrative assistance, business owner, and vice president of operations. She served as mayor of West Linn.[1][2][3]
