Benjamin Kramer (Democratic Party) is a member of the Maryland State Senate, representing District 19. He assumed office on January 9, 2019. His current term ends on January 13, 2027.

Kramer (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Maryland State Senate to represent District 19. He won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Kramer is a former Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 19 from 2007 to 2019.

Biography

Benjamin Kramer was born in Wheaton, Maryland. He earned a bachelor's degree in law enforcement from the University of Maryland at College Park. Kramer's career experience includes owning a small business.[1]

Elections for the Maryland House of Delegates took place in 2014. A primary election took place on June 24, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Marice I. Morales and incumbents Bonnie Cullison and Ben Kramer defeated Paul Bardack, Melodye A. Berry and Charlotte Crutchfield in the Democratic primary. Martha Schaerr was unopposed in the Republican primary. Cullison, Kramer and Morales defeated Schaerr for three seats in the general election.[2][3][4]
