In November 2024 we submitted our response to the consultation on changes to the Miscellaneous amendments to sentencing guidelines 2024, as published by the Sentencing Council (‘the Council’). You can download the full consultation response below.

The RCPCH has annual income in excess of £15m per year with expenditure of a similar size. The College reserves and cash balances have increased in recent years. This policy sets out how these balances can be invested.
