Our new ten-year strategic outlook speaks to our members’ priorities to support paediatricians' working lives and to advocate for a healthier future for children and young people. Its first phase runs from autumn 2024 to 2027.
We have set four strategic goals on workforce skill, size and wellbeing; child health at centre of decision-making; research, evidence and clinical standards; and international impact.
