RCPCH Conference 2025With the theme, 'Future child health: innovate, integrate and inspire', it happens in Glasgow, and online, from 26 to 28 March, with an extensive programme.
Uptake of RSV maternal vaccineWith members' support, we campaigned for the maternal Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine. And since September, more than one in three women giving birth have taken up the offer.
We offer a generous benefits package, including 27 days holiday a year and Christmas closure, personal pension plan with up to 10% employer contribution and interest-free season ticket loan.

About the College and our staff teams
Founded in 1996, we're the youngest of the medical Royal Colleges. We provide the training, exams, membership support, invited reviews and more for paediatricians and paediatric services, and embed the voice of children and young people in our work.
