The pods are open, and America’s singles are going on a series of blind speed dates. Netflix’s hit dating show promises an “experiment” in which participants will date, fall in love, and get engaged, all without laying eyes on each other — but is love enough to withstand the pressures of normal life? After five seasons, some have made it to the altar and said, “I do,” while most have crashed and burned somewhere along the way. Regardless of the outcome, it’s already must-see television that is still, somehow, hosted by Nick and Vanessa Lachey.
