Kat Chan, LMFT, is a psychotherapist at Yellow Chair Collective, a therapy practice specializing in Asian and Asian American mental health. Kat’s passion is helping adults heal from trauma and find confidence in themselves. She has years of experience working with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, and burnout, as well as teaching yoga and meditation. Kat is a second-generation Chinese American, a Highly Sensitive Person, INFP, and a former advertising executive, which allows her to understand similar struggles that her clients may be facing.
