Travis Kelce Wants To Add This Snack to the Kansas City Chiefs' Locker Room

And it's Patrick Mahomes-approved, too.

After listening to Travis and Jason Kelce’s podcast, “New Heights,” for months, you’d think I wouldn’t be surprised to hear what the brothers (and pro footballers) have to say. And yet, at least once an episode, I have to pause to chuckle at the hilariously silly things that the two Super Bowl champions find themselves discussing.

Because while, yes, “New Heights” is the number one sports podcast on Apple Podcasts, it’s about so much more than just sports. Travis, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, and Jason, the center for the Philadelphia Eagles, talk about the “New News,” answer fans “No Dumb Questions,” and then discuss the NFL games of the week. So, during the so-called sports podcast, we’re also learning about their favorite fast food orders, their childhood memories, and, of course, what’s happening in their personal lives—like Travis’ relationship with Taylor Swift and Jason’s upcoming second Christmas album. The latest tidbit? Their go-to amusement park snack—and it's a wildly relatable pick.

The Kelce Brothers' Favorite Amusement Park Snack

On a recent episode of “New Heights,” the Kelce brothers were discussing their beloved childhood amusement park, Cedar Point, and their favorite park foods. Naturally, their picks were funnel cake and Dippin’ Dots, the tiny, circular beads of ice cream that became popular in the ‘90s.

“The best part about any amusement park isn’t the rides, it’s the Dippin’ Dots,” Jason says. “Where have you ever seen Dippin’ Dots [outside an amusement park]?”

“I’ve seen them at Pat Mahomes’ garage,” Travis responds. “He’s got a freezer of Dippin’ Dots.”

“What is he, Richie Rich?,” Jason jokes.

“He’s Pat Mahomes,” Travis quips back.

Apparently, the two-time Super Bowl champ and MVP Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes can, indeed, do it all. He can win NFL championships, give you the "Patrick Price" at State Farm, and serve you Dippin’ Dots straight from his garage. You might think the Dippin’ Dots freezer is intended for Mahomes’ two kids, but after we learned he eats Doritos and candy every day, we wouldn’t be surprised if the Dippin’ Dots stash was just for him.

Now, in this week’s episode of “New Heights,” the Kelce brothers brought up Mahomes’ Dippin’ Dots freezer again, after the quarterback—and brand themselves—responded to the call out.

“Love some good ole @DippinDots 🤣🤣,” Mahomes wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

However, it sounds like Mahomes isn’t going to be the only one with a Dippin’ Dots freezer for long, because the brand reached out to the brothers and offered to stock them up with the "ice cream of the future," too.

“I can unequivocally say I am interested because I love ice cream,” Jason says.

“The girls are going to have a field day,” Travis responds, referring to Jason’s three young daughters.

Though, sorry to baby Wyatt, Elliotte, and Bennett because it sounds like the Dippin’ Dots are all for dad.

“This is my mission now, I need a Dippin’ Dots freezer in the O-Line room for all of my guys,” Jason says, referring to the Philadelphia Eagles' locker room.

"Dippin' Dots, can we please make this happen? [We'll] see what the Tight End room in K.C. wants, we'll see what we can get," Travis adds.

As for the Dippin’ Dots flavor they’re hoping to receive? Travis says his favorite is Cookies ‘N Cream, while Jason prefers Banana Split.

“I’ll eat any of them,” Jason assures.

With a Dippin’ Dots freezer on its way to Philly, we have to ask—Jason, who’s Richie Rich now?
