Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 (5.2 ounce) package shallot & chive Gournay cheese (such as Shallot and Chive Boursin®), softened

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (such as Fage® 2%)

  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle brine

  • 1 clove garlic, pressed

  • chopped fresh chives (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine Boursin, mayonnaise, yogurt, pickle brine, and garlic in a large bowl.

  2. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth and well combined. Garnish with chives, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
