Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets ½ cup grape tomatoes, quartered 3 tablespoons bacon bits ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1 cup mayonnaise ⅓ cup sugar 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice Directions Place egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, and chop.
