Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 6 scallions, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon peeled and grated fresh ginger root

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

  • 3 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles, without flavor packets

Directions

  1. Combine scallions, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar in a bowl. Stir until combined and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and boil for 3 minutes. Turn heat off and let sit for 1 minute.

  3. Drain noodles and transfer to a large bowl. Add reserved sauce mixture and toss to coat.
