Submitted by Yoly Published on April 15, 2020 Save Rate Print Share Close Add Photo 3 Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Total Time: 30 mins Servings: 4 Yield: 4 servings Jump to Nutrition Facts Cook Mode (Keep screen awake) Ingredients cooking spray 1 (13.5 ounce) can spinach, drained and squeezed 1 cup cottage cheese 2 eggs, beaten ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 clove garlic, minced, or more to taste 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg Directions Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch pie pan with cooking spray and set aside. Combine spinach, cottage cheese, eggs, feta cheese, flour, butter, garlic, onion powder, and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated. Pour into the prepared pie pan. Air fry until the center is set, 18 to 20 minutes. Cook's Notes: Frozen spinach can be used in place of canned. A casserole dish can be used instead of a pie pan.
