Ingredients

  • nonstick cooking spray

  • 4 large eggs

  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

  • 2 cups coarsely chopped spinach leaves

  • ½ cup feta cheese

  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 6-inch cake pan with nonstick spray.

  2. Whisk eggs and cream together in a bowl. Stir in spinach, feta cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined. Pour into the prepared cake pan and cover tightly with foil.

  3. Air-fry for 10 minutes. Remove foil and air-fry until top starts to brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 2 to 4 minutes longer.

Cook's Note:

Make sure foil is on tightly so that it will not fly off in the air fryer.
