Mix in yogurt and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, mint, dill, cilantro, red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Cook's Note: This recipe should be mixed by hand with either a fork or a spoon. Using a blender or food processor does not obtain the same results.
