Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 (5 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard

  • 1 ½ teaspoons creamy prepared horseradish

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  1. Mix tuna, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt together in a bowl.

Cook's Note:

I eyeball it, and these are just estimates of measurements. Give it a try and add more of whatever you may like. Great with tiny diced pickles (not as sweet as relish and more of a texture to bite into).

Add more horseradish if you like it spicier.
