Original recipe (1X) yields 7 servings 5 large potatoes, peeled ⅜ cup butter, melted 2 tablespoons minced onion 2 teaspoons dried parsley 2 teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream 1 ½ cups milk 1 cup shredded processed cheese Directions Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
