Quick Lemon-Herb Aioli

Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, or to taste

  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Carefully grate peeled garlic clove with a microplane grater into a small bowl to create a paste. Stir in mayonnaise until well combined. Stir in lemon juice and dill; season with salt and pepper.

  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
