Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons wasabi paste

  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced

  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, wasabi paste, rice wine vinegar and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
