Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 10 to 12 servings

  • 2 cups frozen cranberries, thawed

  • 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries, such as Craisins®

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped

  • 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped, divided

  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced, divided

  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese

Directions

  1. Place frozen cranberries, dried cranberries, half of chopped jalapenos, and cilantro in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer cranberry mixture to a bowl. 

  2. Stir in marmalade and salt. Reserve 2 tablespoons green onions for topping and stir in remaining green onions.  

  3. Spread cream cheese onto a serving plate and top with cranberry mixture. Sprinkle with remaining jalapeno and reserved green onions.  Serve with crackers.
