Personnel
The following people were involved in the making of !:
Tokyo! is a 2008 anthology film containing three segments written by three non-Japanese directors, all of which were filmed in Tokyo, Japan. Michel Gondry directed "Interior Design", Leos Carax directed "Merde", and Bong Joon-ho directed "Shaking Tokyo".
Plot
"Interior Design"
Directed by Michel Gondry. It is an adaptation of the short story comic "Cecil and Jordan in New York" by Gabrielle Bell.
Hiroko and Akira (Ayako Fujitani and Ryō Kase) are a young couple from the provinces who arrive in Tokyo with limited funds, short-term lodging and what appears to be a solid and mutually supportive relationship that will seemingly carry them through any challenge. Akira is an aspiring filmmaker whose debut feature will soon screen in the city — and hopefully lead to a more solid career; in the interim, he lands work wrapping gifts at a local department store. After securing short-term housing in the cramped studio apartment of old school chum Akemi (Ayumi Ito) — a career girl with a demanding boyfriend who grows weary of Akemi's houseguests — Hiroko hits the streets of Tokyo in search of a suitable apartment, finding a series of rat-infested hovels that neither she nor Akira can afford on their limited salaries. After Akira's film screens to dubious acclaim, one spectator informs Hiroko of the inherent struggles in relationships between creative types: often, one half of a couple feels invisible, useless, or unappreciated, something Hiroko relates to wholeheartedly in the wake of her numerous trials and tribulations in the unfamiliar city of Tokyo. She starts to question her role in the relationship, resulting in a startling transformation in which she turns into a wooden chair, and is taken in by a young man.
The song entered and peaked at #4 on Swedish Trackslistan on 24 February 2007 and charted for six weeks. The song peaked at #1 on the Swedish singles chart on 22 February 2007.

3 Days in Tokyo - Things To Do
I had to fly to Tokyo for business unrelated to Youtube and tried to catch as many sights as I could. I stayed at the Price Park Tower Hotel in Tokyo.
It was very close to Tokyo Tower.
This trip was a total of 3 days in Tokyo and I got to see things that I missed on my previous 4 trips to Tokyo.
Of course, Tokyo is massive. I think no matter where you stay, something will always be far away, but they have a massive metro system that connects you everywhere. Taxi's are also available but they can be rather expensive.
Places I visited:
1. Tokyo Skytree
Entrance fee was about $21.00 USD
2. 33rd floor bar of the Price Park Tower Hotel
(fantastic view of the city)
Make a reservation ahead of time
3. Ooedo-Onsen-Monogatari Hot Spring http://daiba.ooedoonsen.jp/en/

Steve Vai Answers live in Tokyo Filmed 100% on GoPro July 8th 2014
We made HISTORY on this video. As far as GoPro & myself (Jason the filmmaker) are aware this was the first time ever that a camera was hung from the undercarriage angle of a guitar live at a show. 7 GoPros were used in total to shoot this epic moment.

This was filmed entirely with 7x GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition cameras. It is simply a one off video made with Steve's permission here for you all to enjoy Steve Vai as you've never seen him before.

Japanese Quality of Life: My Family's Experience in Tokyo
I often get asked "How's Life in Japan?" What I think they're really asking is what is the quality of life like. I live in Tokyo, the biggest metropolitan area in the world. It's got to be a hectic life, right? The easiest answer I can give is "I bought a house".
There's a lot that factors into quality of life: health, family, education, environment, social belonging, recreation and leisure time, and a bunch of financial stuff that influences the cost and standard of living.

Definitely worth the $20 or so entrance fee.

We made HISTORY on this video. As far as GoPro & myself (Jason the filmmaker) are aware this was the first time ever that a camera was hung from the undercarriage angle of a guitar live at a show. 7 GoPros were used in total to shoot this epic moment.
Filmed & edited by Jason McNamara in Tokyo: www.jasonmcnamara.net
This was filmed entirely with 7x GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition cameras. It is simply a one off video made with Steve's permission here for you all to enjoy Steve Vai as you've never seen him before.
The audio was a mixture of from the desk (it was the LIVE mix, sadly no multi-track with a chance for a post mix) and I also blended the GoPro mic on Dave's side in the left channel as well as the GoPro mic Phillip's side in the right channel because the desk has no ambient mics.

The following people were involved in the making of !:
Sometimes he lets that boss get in his head. He can't see past that mountain of deadlines on his desk. 5 o'clock, he's the last one out of the gate And he gets cut off, flipped off, ticked off out on the interstate. And he wonders why this world won't leave him alone, 'til he hears that little voice holler "daddy's home." Things that matter, things that don't. She's held onto that grudge for all her life, Had thirty years of anger since her dad walked out that night. She thinks of all the moments that he's missed, all the birthdays, ballets, first dates. It seems too much to forgive. She gets that call that says he don't have long, She walks in, he starts crying. The past is gone. Things that matter, things that don't. [chorus] Time ain't on our side, Don't wanna leave this world with, Why didn't I? Why didn't I? Yeahh why didn't I? Sometimes I take on this world by myself, thinkin' I got all the answers don't need anybody's help. Well God was right there waiting for me all along, to fall down on my knees, surrender all Things that matter, things that don't.
