That is the level of treason by our elected officials,  that our khazar owned press did not bother to tell us about.

So, what has happened to our freedom of press?   Is this BOR below why Scalia was killed?  Are court cases coming before the supreme court?  I wonder.  They certainly will be if the TPP trade agreement is passed.

CHIEF JUSTICE ADMITS NO FAILURE TO FILE INCOME TAX LAW EXISTS !

Vatic Note:   If you read the Constitution on this issue, you will find that the founding fathers intended that only profit making businesses were to pay taxes, except in time of war, then everyone pays.   For regular non war taxation, they never intended for a working man paid by another should pay taxes and the reason was that the founding fathers considered "wages" as an "exchange of assets" and not a source of profit such as a business would generate.

The mans' labor was his asset and the pay he received was not considered income, rather it was considered an asset of the person who hired him and they exchanged assets.  Now "THAT" makes perfect sense.   If a man gives up something he owns, like his labor, in exchange for another asset that he can use, then there is "no profit" in the transaction.  Rather, its a bartering system.

This income tax issue became a controversy because the central banks were trying to take control of the US currency, banking and interest accumulation through amassing of debt by the country and its government.   The IRS in reality, is an arm of the World Bank and the IMF, as their collection arm.

Notice that our budgets are NEVER based on tax revenues,  they are based on debt, since all budgets are first borrowed and then paid back by tax revenues, and its the interest that is paid first, with the principle last, which means we never get out of debt and the bankers get rich off of our labor asset exchange, being taxed as income.

Thats why the IRS headquarters are based out of Puerto Rico. Anyway, this is a great collection of legal renderings that proves the point about the issue of failure to file taxes.  No law exists because it was never in the Constitution that labor should be taxed as income.  You read and see what you think.

Vatic Note:   At the end of this article, the author asks "Are you suprised Lanier actually said this?"   And my answer to that question is "YES".  Why?  Because so many of our major police depts have been sent to Israel to learn the Israeli way of law enforcing.  That way is anathema to the American way and I expected them to tell us to not use force and to wait for the police to arrive, but then as I thought about it........ what could happen if the victim of a threat of violence due to terrorism, uses a gun to defend himself???

Let me count the ways!!!!  First he could be arrested for murder.  Why?  Because he is not a sworn police officer and he took the life of someone without a trial.  If there are witnesses to the event, then no problem, but if there are not, then its the defenders word against that of a dead body.  How is anyone to know what really happened.

Given the total control that the globalist fascists have over our government, I am always suspicious when an official of that government, like a police chief, tells you to fire on an assailant and to not wait for the police.  She would not be in that position of power without the blessing of the globalist controllers of our government.  And that is especially true of Washington DC.   So why this turn around tactic???  Read this below and see what you think.  It made me suspicious to read it, even though I agree with that advice.

So what is the benefit to the rulers and PTB to have us shoot assailants??? Maybe someone else can see through all this and share with us their thoughts.  I could use some outside perspective.   Am I just too jaded after doing this blog for so long????  LOL   OK, I got it.    If we shoot the assailants in a terrorist attack then they can't say who they worked for.

America was founded on several basic premises.

 

As the constitution says so eloquently states, we have been all created with indelible rights, those of which should not and cannot be restricted by the institution of government.

Vatic Note:   This does not surprise me one bit.   Its both an abomination and a total violation of the states' citizens Constitutional Rights.   The good news was it eventually got overturned.   But can you imagine???? I read this below and I am an old broad, but I remember, while growing up that free speech was indeed, "FREE",  only action against someone was slander and then that was civil.  Not a crime.

Add to that, the states laws that say you can't "tell anyone that you are being investigated".   Now its beginning to sound like some seriously dictatorial Communist country and given that the Khazars were the creators of Communism,  they are the ones pushing for laws that use that structure that moves them into a Fascist state which is the  very worst.....which proves that structure is for controlling the "thoughts" of the citizens of the states.  Fortunately it was the only state to do such a thing and it was finally overturned.

This interested me, not only because of the subject matter, but because I was raised in Wisconsin and I never thought I would ever see such repressive conditions to exit there.  It was a very conservative state during my time there, and in the past, they had a very liberal state, but slowly it grew more conservative.

Now, the current governor is questionable in the integrity category,  and that seems to be happening all over the country with Congress acting as the role model for others.   Corruption is a state of existence these days, in politics.  Its time we acted like the "take charge" free citizens that we once were, and the politicians knew it.

Here’s one the mainstream media isn’t going to tell you: County sheriffs in Wyoming are demanding that federal agents actually abide by the Constitution, or face arrest. Even better, a U.S. Federal District Court agreed.

Keene Free Press:  The court decision was the result of a suit against both the BATF and the IRS by Mattis and other members of the Wyoming Sheriff’s Association. The suit in the Wyoming federal court district sought restoration of the protections enshrined in the United States Constitution and the Wyoming Constitution.
 
Guess what? The District Court ruled in favor of the sheriffs. In fact, they stated, Wyoming is a sovereign state and the duly elected sheriff of a county is the highest law enforcement official within a county and has law enforcement powers exceeding that of any other state or federal official.” Go back and re-read this quote.
 
The court confirms and asserts that “the duly elected sheriff of a county is the highest law enforcement official within a county and has law enforcement powers EXCEEDING that of any other state OR federal official.”
 
And you thought the 10th Amendment was dead and buried — not in Wyoming, not yet.
 
Bighorn County Sheriff Dave Mattis comments:
“If a sheriff doesn’t want the Feds in his county he has the constitutional right and power to keep them out, or ask them to leave, or retain them in custody.”
 
“I am reacting in response to the actions of federal employees who have attempted to deprive citizens of my county of their privacy, their liberty, and their property without regard to constitutional safeguards.
 
I hope that more sheriffs all across America will join us in protecting their citizens from the illegal activities of the IRS, EPA, BATF, FBI, or any other federal agency that is operating outside the confines of constitutional law. Employees of the IRS and the EPA are no longer welcome in Bighorn County unless they intend to operate in conformance to constitutional law.”

When President Obama talked about a transparent administration during the run up to the 2008 election most Americans assumed he was talking about openness in government dealings. Obviously, this is not the case, as evidenced by the administration’s handling of the universal health care legislation which was passed without a single American having had a chance to read it for 72 hours before a vote as the President promised would be the case with all legislation, refusal to release photographic evidence of the Osama Bin Laden raid, the President’s own birth certificate which has taken two years to be made public, and the many secret meetings held with Congressional members behind closed doors.

It should be clear by now that Big Government’s domestic surveillance policies under Presidents Bill Clinton and George Bush are being furthered expanded by Mr. Obama. Transparency, it seems, had nothing to do with making government more visible. It did, however, have everything to do with making your life more transparent.

I can attest to these facts since I lived most of my adult life in the big cities.  When young, its exciting, however, as you mature and change,  you find you go on weekend trips into the country more,  etc.... why?  We are human and need that spiritual connection to the soothing relief nature gives us from all that pressure and drama of city life.  One of these days I will write a piece on the Giant scam I discovered about the 'BIG LIE'  we have all lived under, that was fed to us and was never true.  Thats for another piece.  Finally, remember,  we have in fact been socially engineered intentional since 1958, and you will notice that is when the gradual forced relocation of family farmers off the land and into cities began in earnest through our banks.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which covers this vast jurisdiction, recently decided the government can monitor you in this way virtually anytime it wants — with no need for a search warrant.
