"Thunder Bagua! Here Comes Kaidou's Son" is the 990th episode of the One Piece anime.
Short Summary[]
Ulti battles with Luffy and gets the upper hand. However, Kaidou's son Yamato appears and strikes her down.
Long Summary[]
A mysterious masked figure runs through the halls, excited to meet Luffy. He is chased by the Beasts Pirates after they see him. He crosses through several rooms, including the one where Kid is fighting some of the Beasts Pirates.
Meanwhile, Ulti checks on her brother Page One. She again throws a fit in front of him, remembering how she rode on Page One's back down the staircase. She then confronts Luffy, being told that he is a pirate intruder.
They immediately get into a fight and they headbutt each other, each attempting to knock the other down. Ulti gets the upper hand and slams Luffy into the floor. She transforms into the hybrid form of her Pachycephalosaurus fruit while Page One transforms into his full spinosaurus form. Although Luffy gets up, he acknowledges that he is in an Emperor's castle and fights at full strength. Eventually, Luffy grabs onto Ulti's horns and slams her into the ground, then defeats Page One with a Haki-imbued Gear Third punch.
In rage, Ulti transforms into her full beast form, headbutting Luffy. She prepares a more powerful headbutt, "Ul-Meteor," but the masked figure appears and strikes her down with the "Raimei Hakke" move. Excited to see Luffy, the masked figure carries him away, revealing himself to be Yamato, Kaidou's son.

- The anime adds the following:
- When Luffy points out to Ulti that she is responsible for riding Page One down the stairs like a sled, she denies it.
- Ulti kicks a small rock towards Luffy before fighting him.
- Page One attempts to maul Luffy in his spinosaurus form, but Luffy dodges his attack in time by grabbing hold of the ceiling to safety.
- When grabbing Luffy in her Beast Form, Ulti manages to headbutt him once with a Armament Haki-enhanced headbutt. Luffy tries to strike Ulti with his feet to no avail.
- Page One mentions to Ulti that Luffy is an intruder. In the manga, it was the Beasts Pirates subordinates who stated this to her.
- When Luffy states that he is going to be the Pirate King, the Beasts Pirates do not say anything unlike in the manga where they laughed. Additionally they do not comment about Ulti's headbutt.
- The anime extends the following:
- Luffy's fight against Ulti and Page One.
- When Luffy comes out of the lower stage, Page One's tattoo is written as "PEAGE1".
