The Pamela Lawton Skrull is a member of the Skrull Council, who simmed British Prime MInister Pamela Lawton.

Biography[]

Moving to Earth[]

In 1997, she fled to Earth, seeking a safe haven from being hunted across the galaxy. There, Talos and Nick Fury offered a deal in which the Skrulls would work to keep Earth safe while Fury and Carol Danvers sought a new home for the Skrulls. The Skrull agreed to help, taking on a new human form.^[1]

Unity Day Bombing[]

The Skrull impersonated Pamela Lawton, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. "Lawton" and Skrull leader Gravik made an agreement that "Lawton" would nominate Gravik for the position of Skrull General so they could go to war with humans. A group of rebel Skrulls led by Gravik attacked a festival in Russia, so "Lawton" quickly denounced the attack publicly.^[1]

"Lawton" attended a Skrull Council meeting about the bombing, which Gravik arrived at uninvited and personally greeted her as well as the Skrull impersonating Shirley Sagar. Gravik briefly argued with the Skrull impersonating Sergio Caspani before Gravik was asked why he felt justified in attacking Russia. Gravik talked about Fury breaking his promise, assuring them that he would take Earth and make it a Skrull home world. "Caspani" interrupted "Lawton," but was stopped from yelling at her by a guard, who chopped his throat to stop him from talking. "Lawton" simply said that those in favor would submit and stood, facing Gravik in her true form. The rest of the Skrulls then submitted except for "Sagar," who was allowed to leave peacefully.^[1]

Head of State Meeting[]

"Lawton" hosted several heads of state as "James Rhodes" was sent on behalf of United States President James Ritson to discuss the Bombing of Vossoyedineniye Square, in which they intended to demand that the United States hold themselves accountable. "James Rhodes" was sent on Ritson's behalf and explained that there was no evidence that Nick Fury and Maria Hill were in Moscow at the time of the attack aside from Russian photos which could have been doctored. "Lawton" asked why "Rhodes" had been sent, "Rhodes" said that he was sent as a courtesy since Ritson was busy running the United States. "Rhodes" further said that while the United States was sensistive to the United Kingdom and the European Union's concerns, sensitivity was all they would get without evidence.^[1]

Learning of Super-Skrulls[]

"Lawton" and the rest of the Skrull Council were brought to New Skrullos, where Gravik showed them a large machine. Gravik explained that he had sent ope rat tives to infiltrate the Royal Navy and attack the United Nations, adding that he had created a way to give Skrulls superpowers, saying that they would attack once the humans had weakened each other.^[2]
