Riri Williams spent years making her armor, basing it off of Iron Man's armors.[1]
Chase in Cambridge[]
Ironheart suits up and fires a repulsor blast
In 2025, after being found by the FBI, Williams, along with Okoye and Shuri, were trying to get on a bridge in Cambridge and Williams wore her armor to fly there. Meanwhile, they were tracked by a FBI drone, which Williams destroyed, while almost dying to the lack of oxygen. When the drone fell on the police cars causing an explosion, Williams regrouped with Okoye and Shuri, where Talokanil warriors ambushed them with a Hydrobomb. When Williams was lying unconscious, her armor was caught by Namora and Attuma. Shuri convinced them to spare Williams' life, so they threw her armor in the water below to conceal the evidence.[1]
