"Anyway, Mr. Stark, you didn't have to come all the way out here. I had that. I was fine."
"Oh, I'm not... here."
Peter Parker and Tony Stark[src]

The Iron Man Armor: Mark XLVII is Tony Stark's forty-seventh Iron Man suit. It was built after the Mark XLVI was damaged by Captain America.

History[]

Chase of Adrian Toomes' Crew[]

Tony Stark communicates with Peter Parker through Mark XLVII

As Spider-Man fell into a lake after a skirmish with Vulture, Tony Stark activated the Mark XLVII remotely using Wi-Fi to save him. Using the suit's connection, Stark communicated with Parker and asked him to stop pursuing Vulture. When Stark disconnected the call, F.R.I.D.A.Y. took over the suit's controls and flew away.[2]

Staten Island Ferry Incident[]

Tony Stark pushes the ferry

A couple of weeks later, when the MV Spirit of America Staten Island Ferry was split in half due to another fight between Spider-Man and Vulture, Iron Man arrived with the Mark XLVII and several mini-thrusters to assist in pushing the two parts together, repairing the ferry and saving everyone. Shortly after, Parker snapped at Stark for ostensibly ignoring his warnings and for not being present, believing him to once again be remotely controlling the suit. Stark then exited the suit to demonstrate that he was actually present.[2]
