Filip Pešić’s review published on Letterboxd:
Greetings everyone! How are you all? Hope everyone is doing alright :)
So this might, yet again, not be the usual post I often put on here, but I've got some exciting news to share that I wanted to let you all know about. For the last couple of months, me and a few of my friends have been working on a special project called Gde idemo? (Where are we going?), an interactive art exhibition centered around the importance of responsible behavior in traffic, as well as the opportunity for all visitors to be involved in the creation of one collective work of art.
The project aims to, through creative and authentic displays of photography, pictures and illustrations, the majority of which realized and conceptualised by the crazily talented and incredible Milica Protić, remind the attending viewers how important it is to value and ensure safety and companionship in both traffic and everyday life.
It's finally going to be hosted at UK Parobrod at 7pm this Tuesday, and I'll be there as both one of the presenters and photographers of the event, so if anyone reading this who is either visiting or living in/near Belgrade, and is interested in the initial concept of the exhibition and wants to view and support our hard work, it would be really wonderful :)
As for other updates, It's definitely been one hell of an interesting first semester at uni 😅 My mind is definitely still not on board with consistent reviews, as I just feel like other parts of my life like work opportunities, university and continuing to spend quality time with my family, friends and recently my girlfriend, who is such a lovely person to be around and who has been such a great supporter and I truly thank her for wanting to participate and be a part of my crazy ideas 🩵, are much more important to me at the moment, since i want to take writing more seriously and writing essays and analysis for uni has helped me a lot in accomplishing successfull creative and critical thinking. I hope that in the future I can promise myself that I'll be more consistent with letterboxd, as I clearly adore critiquing, analysing and yapping about film and media in person and with all of you here, but at the end of the day, I'm just glad my life and daily habits are in a great and productive place right now, which I'm very happy about.
Thank you all for reading and stay incredible ❤️!
