i haven’t been active (review-wise) in a while, which is likely going to be the new norm, no big reason, i just feel that i’m wasting some creative energy writing long-ass reviews when i could be putting that effort into better, more fulfilling things (like writing screenplays or organizing unions), i also feel that review-writing on an individual level has become incredibly monotonous and on a more collective level incredibly over-saturated
i’m still gonna rate movies, log movies, reply to comments, comment on others reviews, and keep all my past reviews up, i just won’t be writing as many reviews anymore (especially not long-form ones)
now that i’ve written all of this, i feel that me even posting this review is pretty unnessecary as this account doesn’t even really matter that much and my pretentious, self indulgent, borderline nonsensical reviews won’t be missed very much, but please still leave endearing replies complimenting my brilliant writings
