Lucy (ルーシー) was a priest from the Regina Cult who became a Wraith.[1]
Appearance[]
Lucy is a translucent female wraith about the age of 20.
Personality[]
Lucy is a very devoted follower of Regina, to the point of still praying for her even after her death in order to preserve her goddess's existence. As a devout of the goddess that presides over manipulation and revenge, she is also very vengeful.
History[]
Lucy used to live in an abandoned church near a mountainside on the northern outskirts of Axel, and after her death remained in the living world as a Wraith so she could continue praying to Regina, especially since the goddess sent the man who spent all her hard-earned money to Hell, as well as made the woman who conned away all of her brother's wealth through a fake marriage penniless. With her devotion dissuading many fellow priests from exorcising her, Lucy for years was left alone.
This changed when Kazuma's party took a quest against Lucy, at which the former priest started quarrelling with Aqua despite Darkness' attempts to mediate. Yet just as Lucy sensed doom in the form of Aqua preparing to pummel her into oblivion with divine punches, Megumin informed the former priest of how she had already freed Regina from her seal, which released the regrets binding Lucy to the living world now that her goddess was sure to have converted other followers. Punched by Aqua nevertheless, the vengeful Lucy denied the goddess' divinity in addition to taunting the Axis Order, before heading to the afterlife in satisfaction.

As a former cleric, Lucy has high resistance to holy magic.
Trivia[]
- Ironically, despite choosing to pass on to the afterlife because she was convinced of Regina's continued existence, her last living fellow follower Serena later converted to worshipping Aqua instead, which caused Regina to cease existing and made Lucy's choice pointless.[2]
