Auleep (アウリープ) was a Baron in the Kingdom of Belzerg.[1]
Appearance[]
Similar to Alderp, Auleep is a middle-aged, tall and obese man, who is shown wearing white gloves and red and blue clothes with golden stripes. Also sporting a blonde moustache, he can only be differentiated from his relative by his hair which is combed backwards.
Personality[]
Like his relative, Auleep is a lustful man, who uses his wealth in order to turn the women whom pleases him into his lovers, offering them an allowance. He is also corrupt, being involved in Alderp scams, as well as a coward, being intimidated by Iris' presence and even running toward the police asking for protection, although the police is already looking for Auleep, because of his crimes.
History[]
Under the rule of Alderp, Auleep was assigned to be his accountant in charge of Axel's finances, a position that he unsurprisingly exploited to embezzle wealth. Yet following Alderp's disappearance and the rulership of Axel being replaced by House Dustiness, all of the former lord's accomplices, Auleep included, came under the spotlight for the crimes they had committed.
Summoned by Lalatina one day to face questioning, the former accountant tried to have his herald handle the matter in his stead. Yet as he was carried around Axel, Auleep spied a female adventurer he took a fancy in, thus he made her an offer to become his lover, only to have her bluntly refuse even when pressured by his guards, due to Auleep not being her type in addition to his wealth not meeting her standards. Attempting to discover that female adventurer's identity after she departed, the piqued Auleep was further enraged by the other adventurers' lack of respect for nobles. Yet just as he was about to order the capture and brutal executions of those who disrespected him, more guards approached telling him of Lalatina demanding his personal presence for answering her questions.
The panicked Auleep proceeded to send an excuse in reply before heading off, but instead found his way barred by crowds of unarmed adventurers who were stalling for time until Lalatina arrives to get him, and ordering his guards to fire off a warning Fireball only attracted unimpressed jeers. Auleep next witnessed all of his guards sent flying and scampering away by Vanir, before turning all pale from seeing Iris alongside Claire and Rain at the scene, which finally drove him running to the police begging for protection.
