The unnamed explosive expert is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto Advance.

Background[]
Very little is known about this person whose name is never mentioned in the game, but it is said that he is involved in the fake death of Mike's old partner Vinnie in the Greasy Joe's diner, Callahan Point.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Advance[]
At some point, Asuka Kasen has discovered his identity. However, before, she will tell Mike she wants him to take care of a pimp who has been stalking some of her prostitutes. After killing the pimp, Mike drives to a building in Torrington and finds the explosives expert dead on the floor. He finds a message, which tells him to go to the Wichita Gardens area of Shoreside Vale.
He was presumably killed by Vinnie, who left a false lead on the expert's pager to get Mike into an ambush.
