The goon is a member of the Yakuza and also an associate of Asuka Kasen.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Advance[]
In 2000, Asuka wants to set up a servant ring in Asia and tells Mike that the Mafia members (possibly the Leones) are going to be 'enlisted'. Mike first meets Asuka's goon in the Newport docks, when he puts the Mafia members into Asuka's ship.
Later, Asuka sends this goon to help Mike in his gunfight against King Courtney in his warehouse in Cedar Grove. If the player waits, this member will help Mike in the gunfight and can also be killed by King Courtney or his men. If the player just ignores him, he will run away.
