Biff Rock is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto Advance.

Events of Grand Theft Auto Advance[]
Biff Rock is a Vinewood film star/director who rejected the advances of Asuka Kasen in 2000. Asuka sends Mike to kill him and to bring back his shoes as proof.
Mike goes to a film set and finds Biff, who is struggling to get into his character, Jonnie. Mike kills his bodyguards on the set, which is filmed. Biff is impressed with Mike's performance and asks his permission to use the footage. Mike agrees in exchange for Biff's alligator shoes.
Biff immediately starts filming the next scene, sending more actors Mike's way. Mike can then either kill them or leave, in addition to choosing Biff's fate.

- Biff Rock, along with Arnold Steelone from Top Down City and director Lionel Starkweather, was referred to as being a "Hollywood" celebrity, as the district didn't have a fictional name until the release of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
- Their background were eventually retconned with the use of San Andreas location names in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Manhunt 2.
