Background[]
He is a butcher who works for Cisco, the leader of the Colombian Cartel gang. He also owns a butcher store in Bedford Point.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Advance[]
He is first introduced in the Flying High mission, when Mike drives to his store in Bedford Point and fill the heel with meat, to tell Pat (who refused to take the shoes until Cisco pays him for work he had for Cisco the week before) that the meat is the remains of his dog.

His appearance is based on The Skull character, from the 1983 movie Scarface, one of the films that influenced GTA Vice City.
