Background[]
Pat was a businessowner based in Bedford Point on Staunton Island, Liberty City, and an associate of Colombian Cartel leader Cisco, who referred to Pat as a woman.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Advance[]
At one point Pat refused to sell shoes made by Cisco as they had been unpaid for previous work. Mike attempts to intimidate Pat by bringing a pair of shoes with meat inside the empty heel, saying that the meat was from their dog. Nevertheless, Pat, alongside associates Georgie, Rafael and Tomas, begins to attack Mike, only to end up killed.

- Pat refers to themselves as a “gal” and implies that they aren't a man, but also demands Mike to tell Cisco that “Pat won’t do any of his dirty work until he gets what’s owed him!” Cisco refers to Pat as a woman and addresses them with feminine pronouns, but Mike addresses Pat with masculine pronouns. It is unclear why they contradict each other, but the implication is that they are transgender or a transvestite.
