There is a District Attorney in west Eaglewood Hospital with an ingrown toenail that Bubby wants to speak to, so the contact tells the protagonist that they must take an ambulance from north Schlechberg and pick him up. Once obtained, they must then take him to the meat warehouse in central Brix. After he becomes "hung up," they are ordered by Bubby to pick up a 4 x 4 in southwest Estoria and take it to the offices in northeast Island City to complete the mission.
